Pipeline — drag deals between stages

A kanban of every prospect across six stages — Lead, Contacted, Replied, Meeting, Won, Lost — with a live funnel and reply rate on top.

Step by step

  1. 1

    Read the funnel row

Across the top: a count per stage and your reply rate with the exact math shown — replied-or-later over contacted-or-later.

  2. 2

    Drag a card

Drag any card between columns to change its stage — the column highlights "drop here". On touch, use the dropdown on the card instead. Manual moves go any direction, including out of Won or Lost.

  3. 3

    Spot the signals

Cards show the venue, its type and location, a "re" badge when the prospect has replied, and how long since the last activity — "3d ago", "2mo ago", or "no activity".

  4. 4

    Jump deeper

Header chips link to "Contacts", "List view", and "+ Discover". Stage changes you make here appear on each prospect's timeline as "Stage → …".

Tips

  • Automation only moves prospects forward (and never out of Won/Lost) — you're the only one who can move a deal backward.
  • Long "no activity" gaps in Contacted are your follow-up list — or ask the Claude dock "Who's stuck in contacted?".
  • Columns cap what they render and show "+ N more" — filter from Contacts when a stage gets deep.

What you'll actually see

  • Every move is logged: the prospect's timeline gains a "Stage → Label" event marked manual, and Contacts reflects it immediately.
  • If a drop fails to save, the board reverts and tells you: "Could not move the prospect."
  • Replies move deals automatically — a prospect who answers shows up in Replied without you dragging anything.
Video scripta 60–120s narration you can record as-is

This is the Pipeline — every prospect, six columns: Lead, Contacted, Replied, Meeting, Won, Lost. The row on top is the funnel truth: counts per stage, and my reply rate with the math spelled out right there. The board reads fast. Each card: venue, type, location, and the two signals I care about — this little "re" badge means they've replied, and the timestamp shows how long since anything happened. Three months of silence in Contacted? That's my follow-up list. Moving a deal is just dragging: this venue booked a call, so — drag — into Meeting. The column says "drop here", the timeline logs "Stage → Meeting", and Contacts updates instantly. On a phone, the dropdown on the card does the same job. One thing worth knowing: automation only ever moves deals forward — when a reply comes in, the card advances itself — but only I can move one backward. The board never lies to make me feel better. That's the pipeline: glance, drag, done.
