Contacts — the CRM that fills itself

Every account and its people, with a timeline that writes itself from your outreach activity. Your only manual inputs: notes and tasks.

Step by step

  1. 1

    Find an account

Search by venue or location, or use the filter chips — venue types, import batches, and "has replied". The table shows Account, Stage, Contacts, Replied, and Last activity.

  2. 2

    Open the record

Click a row. The account page shows the pipeline stage (changeable right in the header), an AI summary when one has been generated, and the full activity timeline.

  3. 3

    Read the timeline

Emails, replies, sequence events, and stage changes file themselves — each reply tagged with its classified intent: interested, meeting request, question, objection, not interested, unsubscribe.

  4. 4

    Add what only you know

"Quick note" saves call summaries and context (attach to the whole account or one person). "Tasks" tracks follow-ups with due dates — "Add", then mark done when handled.

Tips

  • Cmd/Ctrl+Enter saves a note without touching the mouse.
  • The "has replied" chip plus a venue-type chip is the fastest route to your warmest segment.
  • People show a BEST badge on the strongest contact — that's who drafts address.

What you'll actually see

  • There is no add-contact button — people are discovered by research crawls and prospect imports. The empty state says it straight: "every email, reply and stage change files itself here — you never fill this in by hand."
  • The list shows the 200 most recently active records; narrow with search or filters to see more.
  • Notes and tasks are the only manual writes the CRM accepts — everything else on the timeline fills itself.
Video scripta 60–120s narration you can record as-is

This is Contacts — the CRM that fills itself, and I mean that literally. Every account here came from discovery or research; every row of the timeline wrote itself. Up top: search and filter chips — venue types, batches, and my favorite, "has replied". I'll open this golf venue. Header shows the pipeline stage — I can change it right here — and an AI summary of where things stand, generated automatically. Below, the timeline: the cold email we sent, their reply — classified "interested" by the AI — the follow-up, the stage change. I typed none of this. What I do type: the things only I know. "Quick note" — I'll log this morning's phone call, Cmd-Enter to save. And a task: "send pricing sheet", due Friday. That's the deal with this CRM: notes and tasks are yours; everything else files itself. On the right, the people the crawler found, with a BEST badge on the strongest contact. No data entry, no stale records — the record is just true.
