The work session — review and send, one at a time

One task on screen at a time: send a draft, run research on a venue, or skip. Claude coworks in the side pane; you decide what goes out.

Step by step

  1. 1

    Read the task

The top bar shows "Task N of M today" and your sent/skipped counts. Each task is badged — SEND, REVIEW, RESEARCH — with the draft's From, To, and Subject laid out like the email it is.

  2. 2

    Run research when asked

On a RESEARCH task, click "Run research now": the crawler fetches up to 16 pages from the venue's site, extracts emails and software signals, and saves discovered contacts. If a valid contact lands, the first cold email drafts itself and joins your queue.

  3. 3

Send — or approve for later

Pick your sender in "Send as:", then click "Send email" to send now from your connected Gmail. On review tasks, "Approve only" marks the draft approved without sending — the engine sends it later inside the send window.

  4. 4

    Use Claude, keep control

The side pane offers "Tighten", "Soften tone", "New angle", "Follow-up", and "Coach me". Suggestions are copy-to-clipboard — as the pane says, "Claude suggests; you decide what to send."

  5. 5

    Skip freely

"Skip" rejects the current draft and moves on. "Show context" expands why this lead, the research summary, and the conversation so far.

Tips

  • "Test send to my own inbox" verifies Gmail works — the subject gets a [TEST] prefix and the draft isn't marked sent.
  • A low-confidence contact needs its checkbox ticked before Send unlocks — the guard is there to protect your domain.
  • Research takes 10–40 seconds depending on the venue's site; the page stays on screen until it's done.

What you'll actually see

  • "Approve only" does not send — approved drafts go out later via the engine, inside the send window, under the daily cap.
  • If Send is disabled, the exact reason is printed — no recipient, invalid contact, or low-confidence needing your override.
  • FIX CONTACT and REGENERATE tasks say "This action is coming soon — use Skip to move on." — they're labeled honestly rather than half-working.

This is the work session — outreach with everything stripped away except the decision. One task on screen at a time. This one's badged SEND: a cold email to a golf venue, From, To, Subject, full body — I read it like the email it is. On the right, Claude is coworking on this exact lead: "Tighten" cuts it thirty percent, "New angle" finds a different hook. And note the footer — Claude suggests, I decide. Suggestions copy to my clipboard; nothing sends itself. I pick my sender — my connected Gmail — and click "Send email". Sent, next task. This one's RESEARCH: no contact on file yet. "Run research now" crawls the venue's site — up to sixteen pages — pulls emails and software signals, and if it lands a valid contact, the first cold email drafts itself and joins my queue. Thirty seconds, done. Review tasks have a second option: "Approve only" — no send now; the engine sends it later inside my window, under my daily cap. Send, approve, skip. Ten a day fills a pipeline.
