The Brain — what your brand has learned
Reply rates by vertical, funnel and social numbers computed from your real outcomes, distilled weekly into learnings that ground every generator.
Step by step
- 1
Compute the first stats
The brain runs weekly on its own; click "Refresh now" to compute your brand's stats immediately from live data — outreach, sequences, social, leads, and reviews.
- 2
Read the ICP finder
"Outreach — reply rate by vertical" is the headline table: which types of business actually reply to you. Each venue counts once no matter how many emails it got.
- 3
Scan the stat panels
"Sequence funnel" (enrolled → paused on reply), "Social output" (posted / generated per platform), "Reply intents" (AI-classified), and "Inbound" (website leads and reviews) — all computed straight from your data.
- 4
Read the Learnings
The weekly distillation writes a short grounded summary of what the numbers show. As the page says: these learnings are injected into every generator for this brand — facts keep it honest, learnings make it good.
Tips
- ✓Check the vertical table before buying more prospects — double down where the reply rate already is.
- ✓"Refresh now" is safe to press any time; it recomputes from live data and never touches your content.
- ✓Empty panels tell you what to do next — e.g. "No outreach sent yet. Once emails go out, this table shows which verticals actually reply."
What you'll actually see
- If AI credits run out, a banner says so: "AI summary paused (out of credits) — the numbers below are still live." The stats never stop; only the written summary pauses.
- Every panel is computed from your own outcomes — there are no industry benchmarks or made-up baselines here.
- The footer states the loop plainly: learnings and key numbers ride alongside your fact file into posts, outreach, newsletter, and ads.

This is the Brain — the page where Joe stops guessing and starts learning. Everything here is computed from my brand's real outcomes; there's not a benchmark or an invented number on the screen. Top table, the one I check weekly: reply rate by vertical. Golf simulators, forty percent; racing venues, twelve. That's my ideal customer profile, discovered — not assumed. Below it, the honest dashboards: my sequence funnel, enrolled through paused-on-reply; social output, posted versus generated per platform; reply intents, classified as they arrive; and inbound — website leads and reviews. Then the part that closes the loop: "Learnings". Once a week, Joe distills these numbers into a short written summary — and that summary is injected into every generator for this brand. Posts, cold emails, the newsletter, ads — they all read it before they write. Facts keep it honest; learnings make it good. If I want it fresh right now: "Refresh now". The brand that learns from its own results — that's the whole idea.
