Reputation — Google reviews, answered and asked for
Paste reviews in, get owner responses drafted in your voice, and email happy customers a review ask — with the honest copy-paste caveat until Google grants API access.
Step by step
- 1
Save your Google review link
Paste the public "write a review" link from your Google Business Profile (Share profile → Ask for reviews) and click "Save link". This is what review-request emails send customers to.
- 2
Paste a review
Click "Paste a review", fill the reviewer's name, star rating, date, and the review text exactly as written, then "Add review".
- 3
Draft and approve a response
On the review card, click "Draft response" — Joe writes an honest, specific owner response. Edit it, click "Approve", then "Copy" and paste it into Google Business Profile. "Mark posted" keeps the record straight.
- 4
Ask happy customers for reviews
In "Request reviews", add customers by name and email (or pick from your CRM contacts), read the exact email preview, and click "Approve & queue". Joe sends that exact template from your connected Gmail, oldest first, capped at 10 a day.
Tips
- ✓The request email is shown verbatim before you queue anything — queueing approves exactly that template, nothing else.
- ✓Respond to every review, not just the good ones — the drafts stay honest and specific either way.
- ✓Cancel any queued request with the X next to it — only queued ones can be cancelled, sent is sent.
What you'll actually see
- The page says it plainly: "Posting to Google stays copy-paste until Google approves API access." "Approve" and "Mark posted" are bookkeeping — you paste the response into Google yourself.
- Reviews are pasted in manually for the same reason: "Once Google approves API access they'll import automatically."
- Review requests need a saved review link and an onboarded brand — the page unlocks the campaign only when the email would actually work.

This is Reputation — Google reviews in, owner responses out, and review asks to your happiest customers. Setup is one field: I paste my Google review link — from Share profile, Ask for reviews — and "Save link". Now the loop. A review came in this morning; I click "Paste a review", drop in the name, stars, and the text exactly as written. Then the good part: "Draft response". Joe writes an owner reply that's specific to what the customer actually said — no template mush. I tweak a word, "Approve", "Copy", and paste it into my Google Business Profile. The page is upfront: posting stays copy-paste until Google approves API access — so "Mark posted" keeps my records honest. Last: "Request reviews". I add two regulars, and look — the exact email is previewed here, word for word. "Approve & queue" approves that exact template; it sends from my own Gmail, a few a day, with my review link inside. Reviews answered, reviews asked for — ten minutes a week.
